| The flat comfortably accommodates 4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. Sleeping 5 involves use of a third single bed in the larger bedroom. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and highchair are available though cot linen is not provided. |  |

The lounge has a double settee, 2 arm chairs, dining table & chairs, TV with freeview and DVD player. The telephone accepts incoming calls only. |

The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator and automatic washing machine. There are facilities for ironing and a rack for airing. |

Rental includes use of gas and electricity and the flat is fully centrally heated.
