Terms & Conditions

Bookings run from either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, commencing 3.30pm on the day of arival and ending at 10am on day of departure. A retainer fee of £50/£100 is also required when the balance is paid. This is to offset any costs incurred should there be any damage to the property or its' contents, or if the flat is left in disarray after the let.

A deposit of one third of the total rental is required initially to secure the let, with the full balance and retainer due 4 weeks before the date of arrival. For bookings made within one month of the arrival date, the full balance plus retainer is required to secure the let. Bookings and receipt of deposits/balances will be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations will be accepted and all or part of the monies will be refunded under the following conditions:

The deposit will be returned in full if we are informed in writing at least 8 weeks prior to the date of the let. Otherwise the full amount will be due on that date, unless we have been able to re-let, in which case the deposit will be returned in full.

In the case of cancellation made in writing less than one month before the date of the let, the total amount less the retainer fee will be forfeited, unless we are able to re-let, in which case we will refund the full amount.

The hirer is expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. It would be greatly appreciated if all is left in good order at the end of the letting period.

We regret that we do not accept pets.

Any changes to these terms & conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with Miss Wright.
