The flat is centrally heated and this is set/adjusted to suit guests needs.
Bedding and Towels are supplied, and can be changed if required.
The Lounge/Dining Room has a two-seater conservatory sofa with two armchairs, plus a dining table with 4 chairs. The smart TV has Freeview and will connect to Netflix.
Bedrooms. There are two single beds in each room, and the beds in larger room can be linked as a double. There is open rail hanging and drawers for clothes.
Kitchen has all necessary crockery and cutlery, pots, pans etc. There is a half-size dishwasher, a washing machine, and a gas cooker with a single oven and an eye-level grill.
Bathroom is small, with an electric shower over the bath. The radiator is always on and a ceiling pulley is in place for airing/drying towels and clothing.
Outside Yard is accessed from the kitchen, and is self-contained.
